Noteless works particularly well for video consultations because the Web Extension runs directly in your browser. This means you can use Noteless regardless of which web-based video platform you use, such as Teams, Zoom, or other solutions that open in the browser.
When starting a video consultation, select Video as the consultation type in the Noteless Chrome Extension before you begin recording. This allows Noteless to capture audio directly from the active video tab, so both your voice and the patient’s voice are included in the recording.
⚠️ Important: The Web Extension only works in the browser. If the video platform, such as Teams or Zoom, asks whether you want to open the meeting in the desktop app or in the browser, choose the browser for Noteless Web Extension to work.
