Autofill in the Noteless Web Extension allows you to transfer a generated clinical note directly into the correct field in your electronic health record (EHR) system, without having to copy and paste the text manually.
Using Autofill
With Autofill, you can transfer the clinical note from Noteless directly to your EHR system.
Generate the clinical note as usual.
Click Autofill.
Noteless inserts the note into the relevant field in the EHR system.
Review the text and make any necessary changes before saving the note.
The first time you use Autofill:
The first time you use Autofill, you will be asked to show Noteless which field in the EHR system should be used. Once the setup is complete, Noteless saves this setting so you do not have to configure it again the next time.
If you want to change which field Autofill uses, open the Autofill settings and configure the field again.
