How to access your organization account

Written by Sofie Skuland

If you have access through your workplace on a shared subscription, but you log in and get a message saying your trial period has expired (or you're asked to buy a subscription), you're most likely logged in to your private profile instead of your company profile.

Why does this happen?

Many users first create a private Noteless account and are later added to a shared company subscription. This gives you two profiles tied to the same login:

  • Your private profile – your original account. Here the trial may have expired, or there may be no active subscription.

  • Your company profile (workspace) – the access that comes with your company's shared subscription. This is where you have full access to Noteless.

When you log in, you may land on the private profile. The fix is simply to switch to your company profile.

How to switch profile

  1. Click your name in the top-left corner (next to the small down-arrow).

  2. A list of your profiles opens. The profile you're currently on is marked with a checkmark.

  3. Select your company workspace from the list (for example "Noteless ORG" or the name of your organization).

  4. You'll be taken to the company profile and get full access to Noteless.

Still having problems?

If you still don't have access after switching profiles, you may not have been added to the company subscription yet. Contact your company administrator, or reach out to our support team and we'll help you further.
