Admin System for Clinics and Organizations

When you enter a clinic agreement with Noteless, one or more people in your organization can receive administrator access to our admin system. The system gives you full control over your agreement and makes it easy to manage who has access to Noteless in your clinic.

What do you get as an administrator?

  • Agreement overview – See the number of licences and subscription status under Organisation Plan.

  • User management – Invite and remove members, change roles, and assign admin access directly in the platform.

  • Flexible licence handling – Easily swap out users when needed, for example during sick leave or when bringing in locums.

  • Scalability – Purchase additional licences directly in the platform as your team grows. (Under development)

How does it work?

Once the agreement is in place, the administrator receives an email from [email protected] with login information. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. From there, you can immediately invite colleagues so they can get access and start using Noteless right away.

How to invite users?

  1. Click your initials in the bottom left corner of the platform.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select MembersAdd.

  4. Send the invitation by email.

Invited users will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to set up their account. The invitation link is valid for 2 weeks. If the link has expired, the invitation can be resent directly from the admin system.
