How can I use predefined instructions in a note?

An instruction is a pre-formulated message you give to the assistant so it quickly understands what you want it to do.

Step by step

  1. Open the assistant
    Go to the assistant from the home screen, or use it during or after a consultation.

  2. Tap the plus button (+)
    You’ll find the plus button in the chat field.
    Here, you’ll see a list of available instructions

  3. Select an instruction
    When you tap an instruction:

    • it is automatically inserted into the chat

    • the assistant understands what it should do

  4. Add text or context if needed
    The instruction can be used on:

    • an existing note or transcription

    • text you paste in

    • files you upload

  5. Review the result – and adjust if you want
    You can always ask the assistant to:

  • make changes

  • expand

  • simplify

  • create a new version

Tips

  • You can create your own instructions for tasks you do often

  • Instructions you use frequently can be added as favorites

  • You can also write the instruction yourself in free text – it works just as well

In short

An instruction is simply a quick way to say:

“Do this with my content.”

The assistant takes care of the rest.
