When is this useful?
When you have an example note or a document and want Noteless to copy the structure and writing style.
Step by step
Go to the Library in the left-hand menu.
Under Note Structure, click “+”.
Fill in Title, Description, and Instructions (optional).
Choose one of two inputs:
Paste an example note into the text field, or
Upload a file with example content.
Click Generate and wait for Noteless to suggest sections based on the example (e.g., Presenting complaint, Findings, Assessment, Plan, Summary).
Order: Drag/rearrange sections as needed (for example, place Summary at the top).
For each Section, adjust:
Style: Paragraphs or Bullet points
Detail level: Normal / High
Add custom instructions if needed
Generate a preview and confirm the structure looks correct.
Click Save. Set it as your default template if you want.
Tips
If paragraphs start looking too “bullet-like,” change the section style to Paragraphs.
Use Assistant Commands to enforce fixed phrasing or tone (e.g., narrative, concise).
Troubleshooting
Preview seems stuck? Wait a moment — the first generation can take a little longer.
Wrong sections suggested? Adjust your instructions and generate a new preview.
