When to use:

When you have an example note or document you want Noteless to match in structure/style.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to Settings → Library → Templates.

  2. Click New template.

  3. Fill in Title, Description, and Instructions (optional).

  4. Choose one of two inputs:

    • Paste an example note into the text field, or

    • Upload a file with example content.

  5. Click Generate and wait for Noteless to suggest sections (e.g., Presenting Complaint, Findings, Assessment, Plan, Summary).

  6. Reorder sections as you like (e.g., put Summary first).

  7. For each Section, adjust:

    • Style: Paragraph or Bullet list.

    • Detail level: Normal/High.

    • Add custom instructions if needed.

  8. Generate a preview and check that the structure is correct.

  9. Click Save. Set as default template if desired.

Tips:

  • If paragraphs become too “bullet-like”, change style to Paragraph.

  • Use Instructions to enforce fixed wording or tone (e.g., narrative, concise).

Troubleshooting:

  • Preview “stuck”? Wait – first generation may take longer.

  • Wrong sections? Adjust instructions and generate a new preview.
