When is this useful?
If you like the foundation of an existing note structure (for example SOAP) but want to fine-tune the structure, level of detail, or writing style.
Editing a template
Click on the template, then click Edit.
Ask the Noteless AI to make changes in plain language — for example: "remove Objective," "combine Plan and Subjective," or "never refer to the patient as patient, use their pronouns instead." You can write any instruction, of any length.
Click Save.
Noteless rebuilds the template according to your request. While it updates, you can close the window and continue as normal.
When it's finished (about 20 seconds), the updated template is ready to use in a consultation again.
