The “Generate note” button remains gray until Noteless has received enough information to create a note. After a few seconds of conversation, the button will normally turn blue, allowing you to generate a note.
If the button stays gray even after the consultation has been completed, this is usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. The microphone is not turned on or not properly connected
Without audio input, Noteless cannot transcribe the conversation and therefore cannot generate a note. Make sure the correct microphone is selected and active before starting the consultation.
2. Missing or unstable internet connection
If the internet connection is interrupted during the consultation, transcription may stop, and Noteless will not receive the information needed to generate a note.
We therefore recommend that you always:
