If you are working within a protected environment or behind a firewall set up by your municipality or IT department, local security restrictions on your computer may limit access to Noteless. This can, for example, prevent copying text from Noteless to your EHR system or using a microphone.

This is a common situation when working in a protected environment and must be resolved locally at your workplace. In most cases, it is straightforward to fix.
