If you see that Noteless has lost its connection, try to reconnect to the internet as soon as possible. Once Noteless regains internet access, the application will automatically attempt to resume the consultation.
If the internet connection has been unavailable for a longer period and Noteless is unable to resume the consultation automatically, click the “Play” button in the center of the screen to restart it.
Noteless will do its best to include conversation that took place while you were offline. However, if the connection was lost for an extended time, some parts of the conversation may unfortunately be missing.
Check the transcription
Go to the Transcription tab at the top of the active consultation.
Check whether the entire consultation has been transcribed or if any parts are missing.
If the transcription is incomplete
Dictate the missing information at the end of the consultation before generating the note, or
Manually enter the missing content under “Your notes” and regenerate the note.
