Yes. All transcriptions and notes in Noteless are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours.
Only you have access to your transcriptions and anonymized notes through a two-factor–protected user interface. This allows you to review and finalize your notes before transferring them to your electronic health record system.
Before the 24-hour deadline, you can also choose to manually delete transcriptions and notes. After 24 hours, all content is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
