Audio from the consultation is transcribed in real time using a GDPR-compliant speech-to-text API. During real-time processing, small segments of audio are handled continuously in short-term memory, and no audio data is stored.
As a result, there is never a complete audio recording of the consultation at any point in time. Only individual audio segments are processed and then immediately discarded.
All data processed by Noteless is encrypted to ensure security and protection.
