When purchasing a new subscription:
Discount codes can be entered directly in the payment flow when you purchase a subscription. You will be given the option to add the discount code before completing the purchase, and the discount will be applied automatically.
If you already have an active subscription:
Please contact customer support, and we can register the discount code manually. The discount will then apply from the next billing cycle.

Discount codes are not retroactive
Refunds are not provided for already paid invoices or completed card charges
