You can also use your mobile phone as a solution:
Log in to Noteless through the web browser on your phone.
Place the phone so that it can “hear” both you and the patient.
When you later log in on your computer, your notes will be available in Noteless. From there, you can easily edit the notes and transfer them to the patient’s medical record.
