You can easily use Noteless during video consultations and phone calls, but there are a few important things to know to ensure the system captures the audio correctly.
How it works
For Noteless to transcribe the conversation, the microphone must pick up both your voice and the patient voice.
This means the sound from the conversation must be played through speakers, not headphones, so that Noteless can capture everything that’s being said.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer audio directly from headphones to Noteless.
