1. Check the microphone
Make sure the microphone is properly connected to your computer.
Test the microphone in another application to confirm that it works.
Ensure that the correct microphone is selected both in Noteless and in your computer’s audio settings.
2. Close other apps that use the microphone
Other applications such as Teams or Zoom may be using the microphone at the same time. Close these applications before starting a recording in Noteless.
3. Update your browser
Noteless works best in up-to-date browsers.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
Restart the browser after updating.
