🗓️ Structure the conversation:
Noteless captures everything that is said and is trained to structure notes regardless of the order in which things are mentioned. However, having a structured approach to the consultation with the patient can help improve the quality of the notes.

When handling multiple issues:
Noteless can automatically sort and organize multiple concerns. A helpful tip is to go through all the issues with the patient before discussing actions and treatment. This makes it easier for Noteless to correctly organize the different topics.

👂🏼 Clear communication:
Noteless hears everything that is said, but does not see anything. If a patient points to a specific body part and says, “It hurts here,” it’s a good idea to confirm verbally by saying, “Left shoulder?” When the patient confirms, this helps Noteless ensure accurate documentation.

✏️ Note down details:
Information that isn’t spoken aloud can be written down during the consultation. Noteless automatically integrates these notes into the final clinical record, just like the transcription of your conversation with the patient.

💬 Your verbal triggers:
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find an overview of your verbal triggers. These are taken from your own phrases and serve as reminders that you can use them to insert text during or after a consultation.
