Read, edit, and copy the note into the record.
Once the note has been generated, you can review and edit it within the Noteless platform.
Resume consultation if you want to add more information. You can also dictate changes directly into the text by navigating to the desired section and clicking on the dictation icon.
Regenerate note if you want a different version or prefer to use another template.
When you are satisfied, click Copy all and paste the note directly into the patient’s record.
Remember: It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct – review the note before pasting it into the patient’s record 🩺
