When the consultation has started, this screen will appear on the platform. By clicking the blue arrow next to “Waiting for conversation…” you can view a live transcription of the consultation.
If needed, you can Pause the consultation. The consultation will then be placed in the sidebar on the left. You can resume it whenever you wish.
When you are finished with everything you want to include, click Generate note.
Tip: Add your own notes during the consultation – this could be clinical observations or other relevant information you want to include in the note.
