Customize Your Experience with Noteless Phrases!
With Noteless, you have the ability to create your own phrases. This feature allows you to predefine text and documentation templates that can be reused in your notes, helping you tailor Noteless to your personal workflow. You can view, modify, and create your own phrases under Settings!
Getting Started
Click "New Phrase" to begin—you will see three text fields where you can specify a title, verbal trigger, and content for your phrase.
Give your phrase a recognizable title
The title is for your reference only, helping you stay organized when using your phrases later.
Choose whether to use a verbal trigger
A verbal trigger allows you to say a specific phrase during a consultation, prompting Noteless to insert your predefined text automatically.
Add content to the phrase
This is the text that will be added to your note when using the phrase. It can be a structured documentation template with parameters for Noteless to fill in or prewritten text. The possibilities are endless!
Save and Use Your Phrase
Once you have entered the desired content in your phrase, it is saved automatically — but only after all activated text fields have been filled out. When the phrase is saved, it will be automatically triggered the next time you have a consultation, provided the verbal trigger is spoken. You can also add phrases manually when using the dictation feature or in the generated note by clicking the phrase icon in the text menu.
