🔒 Annual Subscription
For annual subscriptions, there is a 12-month binding period. The subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is automatically renewed for another year unless notice of termination is provided.
For card payments, cancellations must be registered directly on the platform. For invoice payments, the cancellation must be sent in writing to [email protected] no later than 30 days before the renewal date. The subscription will then not be renewed, but you will retain access for the duration of the period already paid for.
🔒 Monthly Subscription
A monthly subscription has a one-month commitment period and renews automatically every month. You can cancel at any time directly on the platform. Once canceled, the subscription will not renew, but you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
